Network protocol analyzer developed in Cocoa

Cocoa Packet Analyzer is a Mac application developed in Cocoa that works as a network protocol analyzer and packet sniffer. This program allows you to run basic packet sniffer and also includes the ability to filter them according to a regular expression. Select the network interface you want to capture, and then click "Start."

Capture sessions are saved in a PCAP file, an industry standard for reading, capturing, and writing file streams. Do not forget to activate the promiscuous mode to capture all packets addressed to other Mac addresses.

Cocoa Packet Analyzer supports the following protocols: Ethertype ARP, IP (v4 / v6), PPP, PPPoED / S and 802.1Q VLAN; Linktype, Loopback and PPP; IP Protocol IP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, IGMP and L2TP; PPPoE Discovery and Sessions; PPP protocols (IP, LCP, IPCP, CCP, PAP, CHAP) and L2TP, RADIUS and SIP
